This role includes responsibility for ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality. Team members are expected to follow all standard operating procedures, report any concerns related to product condition or integrity, support traceability through accurate record-keeping, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness. Requirements

Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction
Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift
Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
Willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed
Ability to adapt to change quickly
Extremely detail oriented
Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities
Looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company
Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities

Accept our customers’ new inventory and own the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system
Communicate the arrivals and any exceptions
Deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately (Picking)
Ensure the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly (Packing)
Work together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly and own all responsibility around those shipments
Help out in other areas out of your normal day to day responsibilities to ensure the operations are running efficiently
Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality
Follow all standard operating procedures
Report any concerns related to product condition or integrity
Support traceability through accurate record-keeping
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness
