About The Position

The Registration/Checkout Clerk reports to the Clinic Manager and is responsible for overseeing the activities of the front office. This role involves engaging with customers, patients, guests, and coworkers positively and professionally, communicating clearly with patients, clinic staff, and providers, and performing office and administrative duties effectively and efficiently. Key tasks include scheduling appointments, registering patients, and collecting co-payments and deductibles, as well as verifying insurance eligibility.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a clerical support role, preferred.
