About The Position

Mano Lani is looking for an RA Lead who will provide technical oversight, supervisory guidance, and operational management for the PKI Enterprise Help Desk and all Registration Authority operations. This position is the Government's primary touch point for all PKI RA Operations management tasks and leads a team of RA Technicians in delivering professional certificate lifecycle services to USMC customers worldwide, including tactical and deployed environments.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science
  • CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II baseline certification.
  • DoD/NSS PKI Registration Authority Certification required
  • DoD/NSS Local Registration Authority Certification required
  • DoD/NSS Key Recovery Agent Certification required
  • Experience as or familiarity with DoD/NSS PKI RA/LRA Auditor processes
  • Experience with enterprise PKI help desk operations in a DoD environment
  • Experience with the Token Management System and NEATs for token production and issuance
  • A valid U.S. passport is required for potential OCONUS LRA audit travel

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role within a DoD PKI or identity management program
  • Familiarity with Purebred mobile credential derivation and MCCOG Remedy ticketing systems
  • Experience coordinating LRA field audits across multiple installations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the RA Operations single point of contact; provide technical oversight and leadership to all RA contractor support staff
  • Direct certificate issuance, revocation, key recovery, PIN resets, and token lifecycle management operations for DoD/NSS NIPRNet and SIPRNet PKI
  • Oversee creation and removal of Local Registration Authorities; manage LRA audit support activities including coordination of travel to field sites
  • Manage production and issuance of USMC Alternate Tokens via NEATs and DoD/NSS SIPRNet tokens via the Token Management System
  • Enforce certificate revocation timelines and CPS/RPS compliance standards across all RA operations
  • Maintain and sustain the central repository of PKI records as specified by the Government and DoD PKI Certificate Policy
  • Oversee daily physical and electronic logbooks of all RA certificate activities per CPS/RPS requirements
  • Develop and deliver PKI training materials for LRAs, Trusted Agents, System Administrators, and end users; coordinate training facilities and schedules as needed
  • Submit and update Remedy tickets per established service level metrics; oversee ad-hoc metric collection and reporting as directed
  • Lead LRA audit planning and execution; prepare and submit audit reports within required timeframes
  • Coordinate certificate disposition for USMC casualties and support certificate issuance for mobile devices via Purebred
