Get to Know Your Team: Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers - Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital- one physical therapy center - Quail Creek Physical Therapy - and a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative work
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Knowledge of HIPAA

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a busy clinical setting
• Bilingual proficiency may be an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database management
