Employee is responsible to maintain all students’ permanent record files, including upgrading, correction, and deletions. Position is responsible for the recording, posting, and dissemination of grades. Position is responsible for the review and certification of degree and certificate requirements of graduating students. Coordinate official registration under the direction of the Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Services. Responsible for organizing an implementation of official registration on a semester basis, under the direction of the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs.
