Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
Ability to operate scanners, copiers, and fax machines
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or within a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Ability to maintain quality and productivity standards
