About The Position

The University of Florida is currently searching for a Coordinator I in the Office of the University Registrar. In this role, you will support scheduling activities and assist with curriculum management. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the Schedule of Courses, including academic calendars and scheduling materials.
  • Collaborate with college and department coordinators to ensure timely access to the scheduling system and process updates to course sections.
  • Review and resolve errors in course development cycle edit lists.
  • Assist with during-term and final exam scheduling processes.
  • Assist with ad hoc event scheduling and review non-academic room usage requests.
  • Provide direct informational service and support to university staff, faculty, and students regarding scheduling and event inquiries.
  • Manage the curriculum inventory file for over 8,800 approved courses.
  • Review and process curriculum changes through the university and state curriculum processes.
  • Update approved curriculum changes in the student information system.
  • Maintain curriculum, scheduling, and registration data in interactive software solutions.
  • Provide direction to area student assistants, develop daily task assignments, and evaluate performance.
  • Assist with university-wide institutional research and statistical requests, including data analysis and supporting statistical records for the Division of Enrollment Management.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
