About The Position

The University of Florida's Division of Enrollment Management is looking for a Registrar Services Coordinator I to support degree audit operations, academic catalog administration, alternative credentials, and curriculum processing within the Office of the University Registrar. In this role, you will coordinate established processes, maintain academic records and data, provide customer support to campus stakeholders, and help ensure the accurate and timely implementation of curriculum and catalog updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support degree audit implementation and maintenance.
  • Review degree audit and catalog updates for accuracy and alignment with approved curriculum.
  • Conduct testing, identify discrepancies, and assist with issue resolution.
  • Maintain documentation of system updates and testing activities.
  • Coordinate academic catalog and alternative credentials processes.
  • Review submissions for compliance, completeness, and formatting.
  • Communicate requirements and deadlines to colleges and departments.
  • Maintain records and support data validation and testing efforts.
  • Coordinate the intake, review, routing, and tracking of curriculum proposals.
  • Ensure submissions are complete and follow established procedures.
  • Assist with implementing approved curriculum changes and preparing status reports.
  • Serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff on registrar-related processes.
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Respond to inquiries and assist with resolving routine issues.
  • Maintain records, reports, and procedural documentation.
  • Support office operations, training activities, and peak-period needs.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
