About The Position
Wellington Veterinary Services in Elora, ON is looking for a part-time team member to join our compassionate and collaborative clinic. This position is approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours to cover vacation and sick days. Requirements
- Must have passed the VTNE or be eligible to write the VTNE.
- Must be in good standing with the provincial regulatory association.
- Successfully completed a 2 or 3-year accredited Canadian Veterinary or Animal Health Technology Diploma Program.

Responsibilities
- Assists the Veterinarian with medical, surgical and dental procedures.
- Uses a range of diagnostic equipment.
- Prepares patients, instruments and equipment for surgery.
- Administers and monitors medicines under the direction of a Veterinarian.
- Builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets.
- Is respectful in all interactions.
- Provides exceptional customer service.
