About The Position
Modern Animal is hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician to provide high-quality general practice veterinary care and support pets, families, and teammates. The technician will use their technical skills, including dental procedure skills, or demonstrate a willingness to develop them. The role calls for continuous learning, ethical and accountable practice, compassionate communication, and active contribution to a collaborative, supportive workplace. The technician will also represent Modern Animal in the community and help create a positive, judgment-free environment for clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Veterinary Technician license (LVT, CVT, or RVT).
- Strong general practice experience, or willingness to learn and adapt to veterinary practices and protocols.
- Proficiency in dental procedures, or a desire to develop and improve skills in this area.
- Curiosity and a forward-thinking approach to continued learning and growth.
- High integrity and ethical practice.
- Proactive attitude, accountability, and determination to follow through on tasks and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive, respectful relationships.
