About The Position

Gillies Grove Animal Hospital in Arnprior, Ontario, is seeking an exceptional part-time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join their team. Requirements

Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
Passed the VTNE or will soon be passing the VTNE.
Good standing with their provincial regulatory association.
Ability to work independently and take charge in the absence of the supervisor.
Strong communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset.
Quick learner and self-starter.
Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Act as the main technician in the clinic.
Confidently and independently handle various responsibilities, even when the supervisor is away.
Contribute directly to the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Play a vital role in training new staff as the team grows.
