About The Position

Berkeley Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join their modern, supportive, and newly built, privately owned clinic. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a collaborative team environment. The clinic is equipped with advanced technology and designed for both patient well-being and team efficiency, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning. The hospital is open 7 days a week from 9 am to 7 pm.

• A licensed Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.
• Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, and diagnostic procedures.
• Assist in radiology, lab work, and anesthesia monitoring.
• Support dental and surgical procedures from prep through recovery.
• Accurately calculate and prepare medications.
• Respond to emergencies with confidence and skill.
• Collaborate with visiting specialists in advanced procedures.
• Maintain thorough and compliant medical records.
