Veterinary Technicians play a leading role in the health and care of patients. Whether serving as a second set of hands for the Veterinarians or working directly with clients, Veterinary Assistants are essential to day-to-day operations. Accordingly, punctuality and reliability are essential. Veterinary Technicians serve as a second set of eyes for the Veterinarians. Emerging concerns regarding a patient's health may be noticed first by a Veterinary Technician. Accordingly, Vet Techs must have keen detail orientation, work well both independently and under guidance, and demonstrate initiative in completing daily tasks. Following through on detailed instructions is also essential. Being on our team is fun and rewarding, but requires being a go-getter with tactful client communication skills and a high respect for patients, clients, and fellow team members. We greatly value a positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and impeccable ethics. And of course, a love for animals and veterinary medicine is essential!
