About The Position
Banfield Pet Hospital is hiring full-time and part-time Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) for its Maryland City Hospital. The hospital is located at 3483 Laurel Fort Meade Rd, Laurel, MD 20724. Banfield Pet Hospital started in 1955 and is now the leading general veterinary care practice in America, focused on preventive pet care. Requirements
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or equivalent qualification
- Passion, skills, and education in veterinary technology
- Ability to work at the top of their license
- Diverse perspectives, ideas, and cultures are welcomed
- Recent graduates or experienced Registered Technicians are encouraged to apply
Nice To Haves
- Experience in veterinary medicine

Responsibilities
- Provide furry, feathered, and scaled pets with the best possible care, especially preventive care
- Upon approval from supervising veterinarian, perform veterinary technician appointments. All appointments must be under the direction and supervision of veterinarian and in compliance with state law.
- Build close relationships with pets and the humans who love them
- Work closely with teammates and cultivate a positive, dynamic work culture
