About The Position
Banfield Pet Hospital is hiring full-time and part-time Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) for multiple hospital locations. The pay range for this role is $23.11 - $33.38 /hour, with the specific rate determined by experience, skill level, abilities, education, and location. Banfield is a leading general veterinary care practice focused on preventive pet care, aiming to create 'A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS'. They support RVTs in working at the top of their license with resources and training in a collaborative and supportive work environment. Requirements
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or equivalent certification/license
- Passion for animal care
- Skills and education relevant to veterinary technology
- Ability to work at the top of their license
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to build relationships with pets and clients

Responsibilities
- Provide furry, feathered, and scaled pets with the best possible care, especially preventive care
- Upon approval from supervising veterinarian, perform veterinary technician appointments. All appointments must be under the direction and supervision of veterinarian and in compliance with state law.
- Build close relationships with pets and the humans who love them
- Work closely with teammates and cultivate a positive, dynamic work culture
