About The Position

Banfield Pet Hospital is hiring full-time and part-time Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) for multiple hospital locations. The pay range for this role is $23.11 - $33.38 /hour, with the specific rate determined by experience, skill level, abilities, education, and location. Requirements

  • Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or equivalent certification/license
  • Passion for animal care
  • Skills and education relevant to veterinary technology
  • Ability to work at the top of their license

  • Ability to build relationships with pets and clients

Responsibilities

  • Provide furry, feathered, and scaled pets with the best possible care, especially preventive care
  • Upon approval from supervising veterinarian, perform veterinary technician appointments. All appointments must be under the direction and supervision of veterinarian and in compliance with state law.
  • Build close relationships with pets and the humans who love them
  • Work closely with teammates and cultivate a positive, dynamic work culture
