About The Position

VCA Central Park Animal Hospital is seeking a highly experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our leadership team as Technician Supervisor. This is a working supervisory position responsible for the leadership of the Veterinary Technician Staff. The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen. We want you to take the skills and experience you’ve gained over your years in this profession and put them to great use in our hospital. Responsibilities

  • Implementing department policies and procedures.
  • Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings.
  • Enforcing charge captures.
  • Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.
  • Record keeping.

  • Facility maintenance.
  • Leadership of the Veterinary Technician Staff.
