About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking to add Registered Veterinary Technicians to their growing emergency service team. This is a fast-paced environment with the potential to work in tandem with specialty services. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The role offers the opportunity to grow in the field alongside a dedicated team of tenured veterinary nurses.

Requirements

• Experience in both ICU and ER/Triage desired.
• Must possess unrestricted, current authorization to work in the U.S. and not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card.

Responsibilities

• Triage and obtain patient history
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
• Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
• Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
• Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
• Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
• Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents
