About The Position

Raleigh Radiology is seeking an ARRT (MR) registered MRI technologist to join our team! Responsibilities include performing MRI studies for outpatients, coordinating patient care, and maintaining professional standards. The ideal candidate will engage with patients, assess their condition, and document relevant information. This position reports to the MRI Supervisor and/or the MRI Supervisor/MRI Manager and works under the direction of the radiologist, which may include on-site or remote supervision.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or commensurate experience with ARRT registration.
Registered as a Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT(R)(ARRT), at time of hire.
AHA BLS certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. Continuous AHA BLS certification is required.
Valid Driver's License.
Excellent technical skills in MR are required.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions based on patient condition.
Ability to follow directions.
Flexibility, dependability, and professionalism are required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a busy office or hospital is preferred.
Registered in MRI with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT(R)(MR)(ARRT) preferred upon hire.
