About The Position

Shared Imaging is hiring a part-time MRI Technologist in the Tennessee Valley / Palestine, Texas area. The role is based at the TDJC - Beto Unit in Palestine, Texas, and requires working autonomously as well as collaboratively to support patient care and deliver Shared Imaging’s “White Glove” service experience. The technologist must be able to work at additional locations. Travel and mileage reimbursement are offered. Employment is contingent on having a completed background check and drug screen on file. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends, for 1–2 days per week. The start time is 7:30 a.m.

Requirements

ARRT (R) (MR) or ARMRIT certification.
Texas state license.
BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
GE experience with 1.5T equipment and 12x or higher.
Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
Understanding of Joint Commission.
Hard-working and detail-oriented.
Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.
Commitment to outstanding patient care and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Perform MRI technologist duties using GE equipment at 1.5T with 12x or higher.
