About The Position

Shared Imaging is hiring a part-time MRI Technologist for the TDJC - Beto Unit in the Tennessee Valley / Palestine, Texas area. The role supports the organization’s commitment to providing high-quality technology and a strong patient experience through its “White Glove” service model. The schedule is Monday through Friday, one to two days per week, with a 7:30 a.m. start and no weekends. Travel and mileage reimbursement are offered. The technologist must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, provide outstanding patient care, and work at additional locations. Employment is contingent on having a completed background check and drug screen on file.

Requirements

ARRT (R) (MR) or ARMRIT certification.
Texas state license.
BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
At least one year of experience.
GE experience with 1.5T equipment, 12x or higher.
Ability to self-start and multitask.
Understanding of Joint Commission requirements.
Hard-working and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care.
Completed background check and drug screen on file.

Responsibilities

Perform MRI technologist duties using GE 1.5T equipment with a 12x or higher configuration.
Provide outstanding patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Work autonomously and as a member of a team.
Be available to work at additional locations.
