About The Position
The Registered Respiratory Therapist demonstrates respiratory clinical skills and knowledge in managing adult and pediatric patients. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to provide leadership and support and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers. The therapist continually evaluates and monitors services to assure quality patient care, may participate in hospital-wide committees and respiratory care activities throughout Baptist Health, and communicates effectively with all team members. The estimated pay range is $41.00 per hour, depending on shift as applicable.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card or CPR card.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) credentials as required by department standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
