About The Position

The Registered Products Administrator Bilingual will have the opportunity to learn about not only our company, but also the niche market of clearing, custodial and trade execution services. The Registered Products team is responsible for settlements with our Trustee, RSP and TFSA contributions/deregistrations, RESP administration, RRIF/LIF payment setup/recurring events, RRSP to RRIF rollovers, and Pension plan unlocking/administration. This is a contract role ending December 31, 2026. The work location will be in Toronto until late 2026, then moving to Mississauga.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Between 1 - 2 years’ of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English
  • Familiar with different account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint etc.) as well as Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs etc).
  • Excellent MS Excel skills

  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry
  • Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.g. CSC)
  • Effective team player and able to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eye for detail and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Processes all RESP withdrawals and transfer requests
  • Coordinates the timing and generation of ESDC monthly in/out grant files.
  • Reconciles monthly RESP grant payment from ESDC with our system
