About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join their team. RPNs will provide exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes and communities, ensuring clients are treated with respect, dignity, and kindness. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
• Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR certification
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of being free from TB
• Two supervisory references

• Availability for overnight shifts, 8–10-hour shifts including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Nursing care to clients.
• Ensure clients are treated with respect, dignity, and kindness.
• Use clinical judgment and skills to ensure clients receive the highest quality care.
• Deliver nursing care with compassion, excellence, and responsiveness.
• Provide services to clients in Sarnia and surrounding areas.
• Travel within a 45-minute radius to see clients.
• Perform overnight shifts, 8-10 hours in length, including every other weekend.
• Utilize company-provided mobile devices for streamlined documentation and effective communication.
• Provide proof of being free from TB.
• Provide two supervisory references.
