About The Position
Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team. Requirements
- Current, valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize resident needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and commitment to providing quality resident-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate, quality nursing care to residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assessing resident conditions and prioritizing care needs
- Developing and updating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitoring residents and communicating changes in condition to medical providers and representatives
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinating care with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and other nursing staff
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and positive environment
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and helping bring joy to their daily lives
