About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients on the unit during a shift. The RN is responsible for meeting Standards of Practice, managing assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment on the unit, and promoting collaboration with all members of the health care team. This is a full-time 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Weekend Program position. The schedule is every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The Weekend Program pays an additional $6 per hour for working the specified schedule.
Requirements
- Unrestricted Alabama or multistate RN license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of RN experience is preferred for the Weekend Program position.
