Registered Nurse After-Hours Hospice (RN)
About The Position
Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide after-hours hospice care and advocate for patients facing life-limiting illnesses. The RN communicates with patients, families, and the hospice care team to support the plan of care and ensure patients receive quality, compassionate care. This salaried full-time position covers on-call hours from 5 p.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Monday. The nurse is supported by a 24/7 RN-staffed Triage Department and the local hospice team. The role offers access to supportive leadership, professional development, and opportunities for advancement. Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
Requirements
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
- Ability to lift at least 80–100 lbs and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice care to patients and their families during after-hours on-call coverage.
