About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for meeting residents’ total nursing needs while incorporating the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. The RN helps ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in residents’ daily life rhythms. The role develops assignments in coordination with care partners and holds team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the State of Nevada, or obtain one within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience.

Nice To Haves

• Senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care experience is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome.
