RN Registered Nurse RN Full Time Temp 13 weeks NIGHTS
About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team for a full-time, 13-week temporary night shift position at $60/hr. The company offers a new Clinical Career Ladder for full-time employees, allowing for career growth and pay increases upon successful completion of Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels. Vibra Hospital of Fargo, located in Fargo, ND, is a 31-bed Critical Care Hospital. It provides acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, including those with medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, it offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can build close relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire
- Ability to project a professional image
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
