About The Position
Manor of the Plains is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of LPNs and nursing assistants. The RN ensures that supervision and care comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the community. Requirements
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduation from an approved RN program.
- Current active license to practice as an RN in the state.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, and of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care community, or other related health care facility.
- Geriatric nursing experience.
