About The Position

Vida-Flo is a growing IV hydration and wellness medical spa seeking compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) passionate about wellness and outstanding patient care. As an IV Hydration Provider, you will deliver IV hydration therapy and wellness injections, creating a welcoming and personalized experience for each guest. You will work under the direction of the Clinic Manager and Medical Director, following established protocols and clinical procedures to provide safe, high-quality care. We are looking for outgoing, customer-focused RNs with exceptional IV skills and a minimum of two years of current, daily IV insertion experience. Experience in high-volume IV settings like the ER, OR, L&D, ICU, or Pediatrics is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, confident in clinical decision-making, and passionate about helping people feel their best. Requirements

Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of current IV insertion experience in a clinical setting.
Strong venipuncture and injection skills.
Reliable transportation for travel between clinic locations, community events, or concierge visits as needed.
Computer proficiency, including electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Apple devices.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to contribute to a growing team.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Emergency Department (ER).
Experience in the Operating Room (OR).
Experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D).
Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Experience in Pediatrics.
Experience in Infusion Therapy.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or higher.
Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

Conduct wellness assessments, obtain vital signs, review medical history, and determine treatment eligibility.
Administer IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and intramuscular injections according to physician standing orders.
Educate clients on our treatments, products, and wellness services while making appropriate recommendations based on their goals.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Support clinic operations, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Represent Vida-Flo’s core values in every client interaction.
