About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing practices and protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and implementing care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
