About The Position

Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on the PM shift. This professional nursing position works under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing and plays a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check as required by Wisconsin Caregiver Law.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license if driving is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the provisions of the Nurse Practice Act, including administering medications and treatments.
• Supervise and support LPNs, Nurse Technicians, and Nursing Assistants on the assigned shift.
• Assess resident conditions, update care plans, and participate in multidisciplinary care planning.
• Implement medical orders and assist physicians as needed.
• Ensure accurate and complete clinical documentation.
• Assign and oversee work of nursing assistants and support their training and performance feedback.
• Maintain residents’ rights, confidentiality, and safety.
• Support person-centered care practices and uphold high standards of customer service.
• Attend required in-service education and follow all facility safety practices.
• Act with integrity, build trust, and demonstrate respect in all interactions.
• Drive results by setting clear goals and seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Support team development through mentoring and collaboration.
• Communicate vision and contribute to long-term organizational success.
