Registered Nurse (RN) - PM Shift part time
About The Position
At our Skilled Nursing Facility, RNs play a vital role in helping older adults recover, maintain dignity, and live safely - whether they’re here for short-term rehab or long-term memory care. You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values compassion, teamwork, and consistent quality care. The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver safe, person-centered nursing care tailored to older adults’ needs, administer medications and treatments following individualized care plans, monitor resident progress and promptly address changes in condition, collaborate closely with CNAs, therapists, and physicians as part of the care team, and help maintain a calm, respectful, and safe environment for all residents. Care is documented accurately using electronic health records (PCC).
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) in IL
- Electronic medical records experience is necessary (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
Nice To Haves
- Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is helpful
- Experience with the behavioral health population is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
