Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-time- 1st shift
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee medication distribution as stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety. Upon thorough assessment, the RN will create personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity. The RN will cultivate communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents. The RN will contribute toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives and engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
