About The Position

As a DaVita Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, supporting patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with clinicians, and applying critical thinking to solve problems and support patient care.

The schedule is three to four days per week, with 10–12-hour shifts and every other Saturday; the facility is closed Sundays. The start time is 4:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Basic EKG interpretation skills.
• At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• CNN certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations.
