We’re looking for a dedicated RN who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and making a daily impact in the lives of older adults.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Wisconsin and CPR certification
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate mindset
- Ability to work with diverse resident needs, including memory care
- Reliable, flexible, and calm under pressure
- Must pass a Wisconsin Caregiver background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience in assisted living preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care and assess resident needs
- Develop and update care plans and Service Agreements
- Support, train, and guide care staff
- Perform and delegate clinical tasks (vitals, wound care, diabetic care, medication administration)
- Coordinate care with families, providers, pharmacies, and outside services
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Promote safety, dignity, and resident rights
- Serve as a positive, trusted resource for staff and tenants
