Registered Nurse - Assisted Living
About The Position
Pitman Manor, a United Methodist Communities assisted living community in Pitman, NJ, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse. Pitman Manor has been Certified as a Great Place to Work for 9 years running. As the Assisted Living RN, you will be the clinical anchor for a team that knows residents by name, not room number. This role involves partnering with leadership to ensure resident care and outcomes are on track, coordinating assessments, care plans, and family communication, and monitoring resident condition changes. You will also oversee medication administration, documentation, and compliance, manage resident health services, and provide hands-on clinical oversight to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current, active RN license in New Jersey
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to complete a flu vaccination (medical/religious exemptions available) and pass a drug screening
