About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role works night shifts and provides the opportunity to use nursing skills and expertise effectively. The position is located in Bakersfield, California.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Familiarity with EPIC or other electronic health record systems.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in an acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and ongoing care needs.
