About The Position

Wilmington Hospital, a landmark since 1890, is a fully modernized 321-bed facility serving as ChristianaCare’s corporate headquarters. The Emergency Department, housing a Level III Trauma Center and participating in the Delaware Trauma System, is equipped with a helipad for aero-medical transport. This position is for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team. The hospital has been recognized as a Magnet Status Hospital four times and offers growth opportunities through its Clinical Ladder program.

Requirements

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required.
• BLS required.
• ALCS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in an Emergency Department with a helipad and aero-medical transport capabilities.
