About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for meeting residents’ total nursing needs while incorporating the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. The RN helps ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, supporting residents’ daily life rhythms. The role includes developing assignments in coordination with care partners and holding team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

This is a full-time day position at Las Ventanas, a HumanGood community in Las Vegas, Nevada. The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. Compensation is $33.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Requirements

• Current RN license in the State of Nevada, or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience; new graduates are welcome.

• Experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or sub-acute care.
