About The Position
The Registered Nurse protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness while practicing at the highest level of licensure. The nurse collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to coordinate care across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms; provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families; mentors assigned team members; promotes best practices; and maintains a professional disposition at all times.
Requirements
- Illinois RN License.
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers certification.
Nice To Haves
- BSN.
- Six months of experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
- Basic proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to travel regularly and promptly between various sites.
