Weekend Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
The Registered Nurse assesses residents’ needs, develops individualized care plans, administers and evaluates nursing care, and supervises nursing assistants and other personnel in a skilled nursing facility. The RN follows applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations, along with facility policies and nursing procedures, to maintain high-quality care. The role also requires adherence to health, sanitary, and infection-control policies. Weekend shifts are Saturday and Sunday. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a wage of $36.00–$43.00 per hour and a $5.00 weekend shift differential. Facility-specific benefit details may vary.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software programs, including electronic health record software.

- Assess residents’ needs.

- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
