About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room at an acute care hospital in Athens, Georgia. This is a 13-week contract with night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15, totaling 36 hours per week. The listed start dates are November 2, 2026, and November 9, 2026, with two openings. Weekly pay is $2,108 ($58.58 per hour for 36 hours), with a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,267 per week where eligible. VitalHire offers weekly direct deposit, recruiter support throughout the assignment, assistance with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding, and the possibility of contract extensions or new assignments.
Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license or a multistate compact license accepted in Georgia.
- At least 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience in acute care.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- PALS and TNCC are typically required for ER.
