About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician for its pediatric outpatient clinic in Metairie, Louisiana. The position works exclusively with infants in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinical setting, treating head shape conditions with the DOC Band® and misshapen ears with EarWell®. Clinicians evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and infant ear shape conditions and build relationships with families throughout the treatment process. A pediatric background is required. The company welcomes candidates from several clinical backgrounds, including registered nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and orthotics.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Prior pediatric experience.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate infants for plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
• Treat head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®.
• Provide hands-on patient care and support families throughout the treatment process.
