About The Position
A facility near Walla Walla, Washington, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its palliative care team. This full-time, temp-to-perm role provides individualized in-home palliative care to patients with serious, chronic, or life-limiting conditions, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. The schedule offers the option of working four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. Compensation is $36.00–$58.00 per hour, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- BLS/CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Registered Nurse experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized in-home palliative care to patients with serious, chronic, or life-limiting conditions.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
- Independently coordinate and manage daily patient visits based on individual care needs, geographic location, and program requirements.
- Maintain flexibility and efficient time management.
