About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is an important member of the interdisciplinary team and delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact. The RN provides care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The position evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment, revises care plans in response to changes in patient condition, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Requirements

Nursing diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
Ability to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
Ability to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
