About The Position

Vida-Flo is hiring Registered Nurses, called Hydrocare Providers, for its Atlanta-area IV hydration wellness lounges in Johns Creek, Decatur, Buckhead, and Brookhaven. Nurses provide treatments under the Medical Director’s standing orders and are responsible for assessing guests, starting IVs, administering hydration treatments and injections, and charting visits. They also explain treatment options and recommend medications, vitamins, boosts, injections, and memberships suited to each guest’s needs and goals. The role emphasizes guest education, long-term relationships, privacy, and Vida-Flo’s core values of Family, Teamwork, Ethics, Innovation, Client-Centric service, and Excellence.

The position is available full-time or part-time. A typical shift is 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and on-call shifts are available. Pay is hourly plus tips; Vida-Flo reports that its nurses average $35 to $44 per hour. Training is provided through Vida-Flo University, beginning with the Tenets of Excellence. The RN reports to the Clinic Manager and works under the location’s Medical Director.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license valid in Georgia.
• At least 2 years of current experience starting IVs on a daily basis; this is required with no exceptions.
• Outgoing, service-minded manner.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, including during medical emergencies and busy days.
• Comfort with electronic medical record keeping.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic and, when needed, to offsite events and On-The-Go mobile visits.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an Emergency Room, Operating Room, Labor and Delivery, or children's healthcare.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete a wellness assessment for each guest, including basic vital signs and medical history.
• Start IVs and administer IV hydration treatments and vitamin injections.
• Follow the Medical Director’s standing orders, protocols, and procedures.
• Learn the medications, vitamins, boosts, and injections well enough to recommend suitable options to guests.
• Explain how memberships work when guests may benefit from regular visits.
• Accurately chart every visit and protect guest privacy under HIPAA.
• Build long-term relationships with new and returning guests.
