About The Position

Vida-Flo is hiring full-time or part-time Registered Nurses for its Atlanta-area wellness lounges in Johns Creek, Decatur, Buckhead, and Brookhaven. Nurses, called Hydrocare Providers, assess guests, start IVs, provide hydration treatments and vitamin injections, and chart visits. They also explain the effects of available vitamins, boosts, and injections and recommend options that fit each guest’s needs and goals. Nurses provide care under the Medical Director’s standing orders and help build relationships with new and returning guests. The role includes day shifts; a typical shift is 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and on-call shifts are available. Training is provided through Vida-Flo University, beginning with the Tenets of Excellence. The position reports to the Clinic Manager and works under the location’s Medical Director. Hourly pay is plus tips, with nurses averaging $35 to $44 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold a current Registered Nurse license valid in Georgia.
• Have at least 2 years of current experience starting IVs on a daily basis; this is required with no exceptions.
• Have an outgoing, service-minded manner.
• Stay calm and focused under pressure, including during medical emergencies and busy days.
• Be comfortable with electronic medical record keeping.
• Have reliable transportation to the clinic and, when needed, to offsite events and On-The-Go mobile visits.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an Emergency Room, Operating Room, Labor and Delivery, or children’s healthcare.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete a wellness assessment for each guest, including basic vital signs and medical history.
• Start IVs and provide IV hydration treatments and vitamin injections.
• Follow the Medical Director’s standing orders, protocols, and procedures.
• Learn the medications, vitamins, boosts, and injections well enough to recommend appropriate options to guests.
• Explain how memberships work when guests could benefit from regular visits.
• Accurately chart every visit and protect guest privacy under HIPAA.
• Build long-term relationships with new and returning guests.
