About The Position
Restore is seeking an outgoing, experienced Registered Nurse to join its team of wellness professionals. The role supports clients on their health and wellness journeys in a fun, comfortable environment offering innovative wellness services. The nurse administers IV and intramuscular therapies, educates clients about services and ingredients, supports wellness optimization, and provides customer service while helping maintain medical compliance. The position includes working 4–5 days per week, including one weekend day, and reports to the Lead Nurse.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least two years of experience in sales and/or retail.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- At least one year of experience administering injections.
- Comfort using electronic medical records to document client details.
- Non-judgmental outlook and demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Values ethics and integrity.
- Able to work well in a team and independently.
- Willing to adhere to policies and procedures and maintain medical compliance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a med spa, weight loss clinic, or laser clinic.
Responsibilities
- Administer IV Drip Therapy and intramuscular (IM) shots using vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
- Educate clients about the qualities and benefits of IV Drip and IM Shot ingredients.
- Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
- Use blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness.
- Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs.
- Document client visits in electronic medical records.
- Address client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers.
- Communicate client issues or adverse effects to the medical compliance team.
- Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service.
- Assist staff with store services.
- Assist with off-site nursing events and special projects.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
