About The Position
MASC Medical is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Operating Room role in Fort Myers, Florida. The position offers hourly pay of $32–$59, depending on specialty and experience, plus a $6 night differential. Day and night shifts are available. Hiring incentives may include sign-on and relocation bonuses of up to $10,000, as well as housing assistance of $1,800 per month for the first three months. Career-enhancement support includes tuition assistance and help obtaining professional nursing certifications. The employer will work with TN visa candidates.
Requirements
- Current Florida RN license, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- At least one year of acute-care or hospital experience.
- BSN, or willingness to obtain one within 36 months of hire; an ASN may be considered with solid experience.
- BLS certification required.

- ACLS certification preferred.
